1. Services Provided

Apple Valley Porta Potties offers portable restroom rentals, including standard porta potties, ADA-compliant units, luxury restroom trailers, hand-washing stations, and portable shower units. All rentals are subject to availability and service area limitations.

2. Rental Terms

• Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Customers are responsible for the care and reasonable use of rented equipment.
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur additional charges.
• Units must be accessible for scheduled servicing and pickup.

3. Payments & Fees

• Payment terms will be outlined in your rental agreement.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed when booking.
• Late payments may result in additional fees or service interruption.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued after equipment has been delivered.

5. Liability

Apple Valley Porta Potties is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse or improper handling of rental equipment. The customer is responsible for ensuring all units’ safe and appropriate use.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for service delivery and internal business purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service anytime. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
